Last year, we released two Tri-Temp models (8-site and 16-site simultaneous testing) designed to meet the testing temperature requirements for IC testing for EVs, etc.
This time, we are introducing the flagship model in our Tri-Temp lineup: 32-site simultaneous testing

In addition, we will present the following new features on display panels:

・ High Wattage ATC for Ambient/Hot Temp models

Introducing a detachable ATC unit to improve handler uptime

・Fixed Tray Transport Unit (NS-EM01)

This is an expansion module that transports the fixed tray of an existing handler to the operator side for IC Test process automation.
